5 Intentions for Manifesting

Intentions: Setting your intention for a yoga practice is simple bringing your attention to a quality that you would like to emulate for your time on – and off – the mat. That quality could be gratitude, strength, awareness of breath – whatever you want to cultivate. Not to be confused with affirmations, intention is a mental state that represents a commitment to carrying out an action or actions in the future. Intention involves mental activities such as planning and forethought. An affirmation is a declaration that something is true. For an affirmation to be effective, it needs to be present tense, positive, personal and specific.



I intend to manifest happiness naturally.

I am open to receiving abundance in many forms.

I deserve to receive love and acceptance.

I am seeking radiant health in body and mind for my family & myself.

To live a balanced life, giving quality time and attention to the most important things in my life.
