Intentions

Setting your intention for a yoga practice is simply bringing your attention to a quality that you would like to emulate for your time on – and off – the mat. Intention is a mental state that represents a commitment to carrying out an action or actions in the future. Intention involves mental activities such as planning and forethought.

 Affirmations are short words or phrases you can use to reframe your mind, to help you focus on a particular thought process, and are powerful neurolinguistic programming tools that help us tap into the power of our mind.
